Three Nigerian Men Arrested After Trying to Enter Spain Disguised as Sheep

Three men have reportedly been arrested in Algeria after a failed attempt to illegally cross into Spain using an unusual disguise.

According to reports, the suspects tried to sneak across the border by hiding inside a truck transporting livestock. To avoid being noticed, they allegedly wore sheep costumes and mixed in with the animals.

However, the plan quickly fell apart during a routine inspection when border officials noticed some of the “sheep” moving strangely. Authorities reportedly observed that a few appeared to be walking upright on two legs.

After a closer check, officers discovered that three of the animals were actually men in disguise. They were immediately removed from the truck and taken into custody.

The suspects are now said to be facing immigration fraud charges, and they could also face additional allegations for disturbing the livestock during the attempt. The unusual incident has since sparked widespread reactions online.

Popular streamer and TikTok personality Habeeb Hazmat, popularly known as Peller, has opened up about an attempt to draw him into politics ahead of the 2027 general elections.

During a recent livestream, Peller recounted how online commentator Emmanuel Philip, also known as Naijashimadun, reportedly contacted his team with a financial offer to persuade him to enter the political arena.

Peller stated that he declined the proposal, which he believes is why Naijashimadun has held a grudge against him. The revelation came after Peller noticed a campaign poster showing Naijashimadun publicly backing Tinubu’s re-election bid.

“That Naijashimadun man is not a good person. He spoilt my name and talked bad about me online just because he reached out to me to join a political party and I declined. I don’t want to involve myself in politics. Since that time, he had been angry with me. It was today I saw his political poster. I have blocked him everywhere. He really ridiculed me online,” Peller said.

The poster, which Peller shared on his Instagram account, indicated that Naijashimadun had been appointed as a coordinator for RTIFN (Relax, Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria), an APC support group, in Houston, Texas.

“I’m Humbled to serve as the Coordinator for Houston, USA, supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu! 🇳🇬 #RTFIN #RenewedHope” special appreciation to ST @seyitinubu for locking up the renewed hope agenda and turning up the heat nationwide,” he wrote.
