New details have emerged about beauty expert Queen Dami and her relationship with Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, popularly known as Portable.
Their relationship has recently been the subject of online drama. The tension started earlier this year when Portable claimed the two were back together, a claim Queen Dami denied, even filing a petition against him.
Adding another layer to the story, a friend who was with Queen Dami when she fainted during their feud last year has shared more information. According to the friend, the incident was not as serious as it appeared and was allegedly planned to elicit sympathy.
In a voice note purportedly from Queen Dami, the friend explained that after fainting in the car, she was taken to a hospital where she sustained minor injuries while trying to make the situation seem genuine. At the hospital, they were asked to pay N250,000 for treatment. Upon hearing the fee, Queen Dami reportedly decided to leave, preferring to use herbal remedies instead.
The friend also suggested that the entire episode was staged to capture Portable’s attention and potentially pave the way for reconciliation between them.
