Nigerian artist Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, better known as Skales, has issued a warning to a 𝕏 user following a comment about his young daughter.
Skales had shared a sweet photo of himself with his daughter in a car, referring to her as his “passenger princess” and expressing his love for her. The post initially attracted many heartwarming reactions, but one comment quickly changed the tone.
A 𝕏 user going by the name WisdomCN responded to the photo, saying:
“The girl too resemble Wizkid, very beautiful.”
While some might have viewed the remark as harmless, Skales clearly disagreed. Known for keeping his family life private, the singer responded firmly:
“You see if una wan dey do una nonsense no bring am near my family… you no go like wetin I go do you.”
The timing of the comment coincided with a period when Wizkid had been involved in several online controversies.
Separately, tensions between Seun Kuti and Wizkid escalated recently after Wizkid made an inappropriate remark about Seun’s wife on social media. This ongoing feud has captured significant online attention, which may have shaped Skales’ reaction to the mention of Wizkid in connection with his family.
