Nigerian disc jockey DJ Exclusive has criticized the Nigerian Police, cautioning them against focusing primarily on individuals who appear wealthy during stop-and-search operations.

He argued that by singling out flashy cars, law enforcement risks letting criminals slip through undetected by using more inconspicuous vehicles.

He wrote: “Nigerian Police only stop flashy cars for stop and search… Making it easy for thieves to rob, because all they gotta do is use cars that ain’t flashy.”
