A Nigerian student from Graceland International School, Port Harcourt, has captured national attention after reportedly achieving a perfect score of 1600 in the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) a historic milestone for the country.
The remarkable feat was revealed on X (formerly Twitter) by education advocate and social commentator, Alex Onyia, who celebrated the student, identified as Agbo Adoga, for his outstanding academic achievement.
According to Onyia, this marks the first time a Nigerian student has ever attained a perfect SAT score.
“I have very good news for Nigeria. This boy, Agbo Adoga, from Graceland International School, Port Harcourt, just scored a perfect SAT score of 1600. He is the first ever in Nigeria to achieve this,” Onyia shared.
Many Nigerians familiar with Agbo’s academic journey said his latest success was not unexpected, describing him as a consistently brilliant and disciplined student who has received numerous awards and recognition over the years.
