Addressing the criticism, Destiny dismissed the claims as baseless, clarifying that the luxury handbag seen with her was a gift.
She explained that her parents, Paul and Becky Enenche, had successful careers as medical doctors before being called into ministry. Destiny further noted that many of the clothes and items her parents own were gifts from people outside their congregation, who had been positively impacted by their ministry.
She also emphasized that her parents do not receive salaries from the church.
