A female NYSC corps member has narrated why her Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) gifted her ₦5,000 and a bottle of water on her first day.

The corps member, identified as Mamappruim on TikTok, said the gesture came as a result of her field of study, Insurance Science.

In a video she shared, Mamappruim displayed the ₦5,000 cash and bottled water she received from her boss.

Her caption read: “First day @ my PPA, my boss was impressed with the course I read in the university and I was given bottle water and 5k tip.”

She added that the moment made her feel proud of her course and wished the act of kindness would continue daily.
