In other news….. Nigerians have responded strongly to a recent video featuring Akpororo, who showed support for Pastor Adeboye’s widely discussed message.
During a recent church camping event, the pastor requested financial contributions from his congregants. He specified that he hoped for ten of his followers to donate one billion naira each, and an additional one hundred members to give one hundred million naira each.
This statement sparked widespread debate across social media platforms, with many criticizing the pastor’s appeal.
In defense of Pastor Adeboye, Akpororowhose birth name is Jephthah Bowoto addressed the critics, emphasizing that donations to the church are voluntary and no one is compelled to contribute.
The comedian urged those with negative opinions to keep their comments away from him and his ministry if they had nothing constructive to add.
