The man, who once vowed to burn his international passport if Tinubu lost, expressed his regret in a video shared on X by user @ChuksEricE. Despite his dedication during the campaign, he now says he feels abandoned and overwhelmed by the rising cost of living.
In his words: “I voted for Tinubu. I’m the one who said if Tinubu no enter, I’ll burn my international passport. Since he became president, things have become hard for me.”
“I’ve not seen money to buy fuel. Even to eat is a problem. I now beg people who voted for Peter Obi just to get fuel,” he added.
