Popular Nigerian comedian and singer Nasboi, whose real name is Lawal Michael Nasiru Bolaji, is over the moon after finally receiving a verse from Afrobeats superstar Davido.
Taking to his official Instagram page on Friday night, July 11th, 2025, Nasboi shared the exciting update with fans, along with a snippet of Davido’s verse.
This moment comes months after the entertainer launched a unique campaign in May 2025, vowing to kneel across all 36 states in Nigeria to earn a feature from Davido. He began the symbolic gesture in Osun State his and Davido’s home state and continued across the country, documenting every stop as proof of his commitment.
While many admired his dedication, others questioned the stunt, with some mocking his effort and doubting Davido would ever respond. Social media buzzed with skepticism, and Nasboi’s journey drew both support and criticism.
However, all doubts were put to rest when Davido finally came through with the much-anticipated verse.
Sharing a video of the track, Nasboi captioned the post emotionally:
