The incident came to light after a viral post on X (formerly Twitter) by user @dammiedammie35, which included a video of the confrontation between the real woman and the impersonator.
In the video, the victim—clearly upset—accused the suspect of using her photos and personal information to create a fake TikTok profile.
“With my face you’re talking to your friends? Which friends do you have? You didn’t post your own face for them to fall in love with—you used mine. Look at your requests—over 800 people have requested you!”
She also pressed the accused for answers, asking, “Why did you claim to live in the U.S.? How did you get those identity cards? How did you pull this off? You didn’t want people to see your face, but you’re boldly using mine to scam others.”
