SHOCKER: Police Arrested a Notorious One-Legged Thief [Photos]

A suspected one-legged thief has been arrested in Ivory Coast. The suspect identified as Quattara Moussa, 28, was nabbed in Port-Bouet Jean Foot after one of his victims recognized him.
