Michael and Janet Jackson’s older brother Jermaine, 63, says he’s getting married to his 23-year-old girlfriend Maday Velasquez.

The Jackson Five singer recently announced the marriage shocker while overseas in Spain. he Dutch newspaper, De Telegraaf, was the first to report the news.
