2023: Adesina Tells South East How To Produce Next President.
Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to the President, Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, has lectured South-East top politicians how to go about their chase for the 2023 presidency.
The presidential aide in a statement in his recent article titled ‘Dave Umahi’s heart of Lion,” noted that the region must play a better politics to get the ‘ultimate office.’
In his article, Adesina described Ebonyi State governor, David Umahi’s defection from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the All Progressives Congress, APC, as that of a “lion’s heart.”
He however,pointed out that they; ‘the South-East must play better politics to get the ultimate office in the country. Sleeping and facing the same direction may not be the best option.
He added, “The Orji Kalus, Hope Uzodimmas, Chris Ngiges, Dave Umahis, and many others, are now shining the light, so that their people can find the way. And so let it be.”
