Ex- militant leader, Asari Dokubo says nobody can arrest the IPOB Leader, Nnamdi Kanu since nobody arrested the Arewa Youths who issued quite notice to Igbos in the North.

Dokubo stated this in a video interview made available to Ngyab.com.

He Further talked about the Biafran military structure and why it was setup.
